theme studio Problem!?!?!?!?!

When I try to make a theme and create a sis file theme studio gives this failure report:

Multiple bitmap store type: File store

FAILED while executing bmconv. Check if any of the picture is 16 bit type or having alpha channel.



FAILED !!. Read report given above

Why is this failure?? It just started to do this for 2 days.
(P.S: I have created a theme and everything is in it like background,icons etc however when I try to save is it gives that error!

I'm using Windows XP Professional
AMD Athlon 1700+
256MB RAM

I installed the Theme Studio 6600 v. 1.2 in Windows 2000 Mode

When i make some settings in a new theme, it works perfectly.

But, if I make many or all settings, and then I click on "Create sis file" I'll become an error like this:

BMCONV.EXE have detectet a problem and have to quit..

In the generating report stands:

Does anybody know this problem or knows to do that it works??

Guess this forum is all about questions and nothing about answers ... how the hell is this called a "Support Forum"?

How come a company like Nokia manage to produce such a poor software with such a wide range of bugs and not even provide patches, fixes, etc ... I guess that would be too much to ask since not even help in this forum people get!

Aren't you guys concerned with such a bad publicity you get with this? Well ... guess not. Some months ago designing themes for Sony-Eriksson phones where much easier than designing themes for Nokia on Theme Studio v1 ... and you guys instead of trying to make our lives easier get to make it worst by puting available to download v1.2 of the TS! Absolutely AMAZING!
