Hi,
Thank you very much. Now I can use my own program to communicate with PC.
Now I want to connect my Nokia 9210 to a GPS device, and use my program to control the device. But the GPS device have only 3 pins, that is RXD, TXD and GND. I connect these pins to the corresponding pins of Nokia 9210, but they can't work. Then I disable all the serial port handshaking setting in my program, but they can't work, too.
Is there any other setting I must to set to enalbe serial communication with only 3 pins?

You must cross-wire signals (both N9210 and GPS are DCE devices).
So connect RxD to TxD and TxD to RxD, GND to GND.
You must ensure feeding the DLR-2L cable on either DTR or RTS pin - eg. with 9V battery).
Don't set HW handshaking.
