Want to send Ringtones that the user can't Save

Hi,
Is there any way to send a ring tone smart message so that the reciever can only hear the tone but can NOT save it to his phone and use it as a ring tone.

The idea is that I need the user only to hear it once and not to be able to store it on his mobile
