7600 Streaming Settings

Is it possible to OTA streaming settings to Nokia 7600?
Is there any sample XML document available.

this XML looks like it is invalid. The parameters MAX-BANDWIDTH, NETINFO, MIN-UDP-PORT and MAX-UDP-PORT are not within the application characteristic according to the OMA provisioning specification (OMA-WAP-ProvCont v1_1-20021112-C).

the table at http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,6566,1_47,00.html lists the 7600 and 7700 as configurable for Streaming using OMA client provisioning. Is this no longer the case?

True!

This is my mistake, Nokia 7600 DOES support OMA CP. It can be configured using OMA Client Provisioning.

seancronin, Not all applications are being listed by OMA, We have a separate ZIP packet containing the parameters for each application, it can be downloaded from Forum Nokia site.

Like in this case, all parameters for Streaming application can be found from file called "554.txt"

no problem!

I have been looking at the Open Mobile Alliance site and things make sense! It looks like Nokia have submitted a change request in document "OMA-DM-2003-0207-AC_for_Streaming" to extend the application characteristic described in OMA-WAP-ProvCont-v1_1-20021112-C to cover the 4 new parameters I mentioned?

If this is the case do you know when OMA/Nokia will publish the tokens to encode the parameters/values into wbxml?

Hi!

No additional tokens are required. I attach here one example (Streamig) where all parameters are being included to WBXML document despite the fact that there is no tokens for all "param" items.

Some of the parameters will be part of the standard, but before that, you can find registeration documents from Forum Nokia site.
