One problem may be due to multiple java run time environments. open cmd.exe and give command java. It shows if there is a mismatch in version setting. Then run regedit.exe and goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->JAVASOFT->JAVA_Run_Time_ENvt
There change CurrentVersion to correct version.
However this may not be the reason. There may be a missing value in path setting. check in properties of mycomputer-> advaced->environment vars-> System vars->path.

Problems while loading AIF Builder
2002-05-31, 19:10#2
Hi all,
I have some problem while loading the AIF Builder.
When I try to run it, an error is given, saying that some instructions are referencing memory which cannot be "read". Then it asks for checking that the jar file aifbuilder.jar exists. I have checked and it exists.
I have the same both on Windows 2000 and Windows NT machines.
Do you know where the problem is? Have I to do some settings or checks before using the AIF Builder?
I hope you could help me. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hey,
If I remember right try the following. Try to install all the components from 9210 SDK CD-rom, including Perl. Check the path and EPOCROOT variable that they are referencing to right directories.
hope this helps,
Rami
