Communications between EPOC and SIM Toolkit applications

Is there a way to access SIM Toolkit applications from EPOC applications?

In Nokia 9210 there is SIM toolkit support in the CMT side. Telephone implementation in an EPOC system is isolated from the PDA. Therefore PDA can not know if it is a fixed line telephone or a GSM mobile. Because of this PDA can not access SIM toolkit. The SIM toolkit functionality in Nokia 9210 CMT is similar to the one in Nokia 6210. SIM toolkit applications can not run when cover opened. This is because of the fact that all CMT applications including SIM toolkit applications will be closed when opening PDA cover.
