Smart Messaging for Menu Driven

Hi ... I need Help ... please help....

Once i read a document about Nokia Smart Messaging back in 1999 or 2000 ( i for got ) , may that document is Smart Messaging 1.0 ?
In this doc there are example how to create a menu driven ( like in the Sim Toolkit ) using sms .
Example user request via sms and got reply like :

Movie
Hotel

User choose Movie

Theater 1
Theater 2

and soon .
Can any one help me to get these document or informatio on what is the specification to sent the smart messaging like this ?

Hi!

You must be talking about USSD/TTML kind of services. This technology is not available anymore in most of the handsets, and this is something operator must offer.
