Problems to receive serial number

Since yesterday i´am trying to receive the Serial Numbers for "Nokia Audio Suite" and "Nokia Multimedia Converter". Are there technical problems on the Site, or am i doing wrong?
On each try i get the following message:

"Sorry, serial number sending is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later"

Does anybody know when this feature will work again?
