Can't send SMS with j2me app on a 5310i mobile

Hi,
i've installed a j2me application on my 5310i mobile. The problem is that i alaways have this exception: "The requested protocol does not exist sms://9999999" where '9999999' is a phone number (i've tested with a center number but i've the same error.).
notes:
I use javax.wireless.messagin.*.
