I'm not very familiar with logo, but I think it is in the form of OTA bitmap. In that case, I think you need to send it as a TPDU.

The TPDU's header is more complex than the one for text mode. Consult the FAQ pages for Smart Messaging of Forum Nokia to have a clearer picture (non-logo one, that is).
