How to edit a program about build a "new folder"?

How can I find the resource that the Nokia Symbian OS build a "new folder"?

ex:select-->new folder

[Amethyst]

I had changed my problem to build new folder in the start up screen.

I want to build a new folder in sub folder(like the media folder),can I handle it?

Please tell me some information about my problem,I have tried my best
