AT command via SMS

Can i send an AT command to a mobile phone via SMS (i.e. binary message)?!

you can send an SMS using AT commands but you can not send an AT command using SMS.

i try yo using vb .net to develop an application that can send sms from pc to mobile phone....
i would choose to using infrared instead of cable.
so, any idea to develop it?

You can use AT commands via infrared just as you do by cable if you use a program that creates a virtual COM port for infrared.

hi im workin on the exact same thing, im trying to make an api to connect to my phone via a cable to sms msgs but im realy struggling. im trying C to open the port and to convert the msg but its abit hard.

could any give me some help on what would be the best way to create this api??
