Simulator not finding file

I have installed Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 4.0 Starter Pack. Then I installed Series 60 Content Authoring SDK for Symbian OS, Nokia Edition 1.0.6. This was successful.

I start the toolkit. I start the gateway sim, I start the sdk for series 60.

The series 60 sdk will not read the wap or xhtml file. It always tells me wap page not found. I can not use any of the Nokia examples.

There is a default page set by the sdk, and it too comes up Wap page not found.

Is there an issue I do not know about?
