3gp on 3650

hello

I encoded a couple of videos to 3gp format using Nokia multimedia converter.then i sent it to my 3650 via blue tooth.
it worked fine but when i dowloaded it by WAP didn't work.
i got the message 'unknown file format' even though i set my server mime types to video/3gpp for *.3gp files.

anyone can help?
I hope i'm posting my question in the right section.
