Hi!

I need to create a COMMERCIAL desktop application to edit inpout files and export the edited files in .3gp format for MMS streaming.

Does anyone know of a Library to do this convertion?

If not, can Nokia MMConverter by used as part of a commercial application?

Please respond ASAP as I need to give the client an estimate today
