Nokia 6600 3GP Files Format Issue

Hi all,

I have received a complaint from a client that the 3GP files we send to mobiles do not work on the 6600.

"Services Unable to Complete" type error.

This is weird as the files work on all other video enabled mobiles I have including 3650, 7650 (additional video player added).

Also these files work on Ericsson, Sharp etc. So I would be suprised if it is the file.

Could it be todo with the OMA compliancy of the handset or something much more basic like lack of memory.

Any advice greatfully received.

Hi,

There shouldn't be any issues 3gp file format regarding 6600. Could you send a 3gp-file that throws this kind of an error with 6600 to me, smart.messaging@nokia.com, and I'll try to find out what's wrong with it.
