Video/memory problem in 6820/7610

When I download a 3gp video file to a 6820 it keeps giving the error "memory full". There is 2,6 mb available in the phone and the 3gp file is only 236 kb.

On a 7610 the phone gives a "unknown reaction"

The clip works fine at other Nokia and SE phones.
