How to create notes and dialogs in Nokia Series 60

Hello all,
How to create the notes and the data query dialogs using Nokia Series 60 SDK? We find that some of the header files are missing from the SDK. If anyone has worked on it, please answer this question ASAP.

Hi,

These headers have been added to the Series 60 SDK v 0.9. You can find more information on data query dialogs and notes in SDK help "Query Control Example" and "Note Control Example" respectively. Query example and Note example are located in the Series60ex directory.
