Trial Period of Mobile Internet Toolkit 3.1

Sir,
there is a serious problem. I downloaded Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit, Nikia Simulator Application 2.0, JRE 1.3, simulators for 3330, 6210, 7210, 8310 etc. I want to develop an application on WML using WAP. But there is a problem, my Mokia Mobile Internet Toolkit is gonna expire in 20 days or so. Kindly guide me of how can I upgrade it, otherwise, tell me the substitute for of the above.
