Limit of smsc?

Hi,
this is my question.
I'm testing an smsc (version sc5bcd1) with an smsg that sends two sms x sec (until 700 sms). Sometimes my smsg receive an error from smsc like this:
[@53:253@021:3485563243@900:9@901:Requested operation failed@3D@].
It's possible that smsc doesn't not accept more than x sms for
the same telephone number, or is a speed problem?
