Video capabilities

Hi,

I would like to get infomation about the Series 40 phones video capabilities (support of: H.263, MPEG-4, AMR, AMR-WB, AAC, max fps, QCIF-1, QCIF-2).

The mobiles are:
6220, 6230, 5140, 3220, 6650, 6820, 7200, 7600

Hi,

Video capable Series 40 devices support h.263 video encoding with AMR audio. For decoding also MPEG-4 VSP is supported. Frame rate in encoding varies from 7.5 to 15 fps and in decoding from 10 to 15 fps. Image size in Series 40 is set to Sub-QCIF (128 x 96).

I have the nokia 3220. I would download et watch a video on it. I convert the video from an .mpg one with the Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 with the follow elements:

Video :
sub-QCIF(128-96)
frame rate (fps) : 15
Intra period : 15
Bit rates : 64

Audio
AMR
bit rate 12.2

in final my video .3gp is 209 Ko

I can download to the phone but when I want to see it: error: file format not supported
I try with video took from internet -> the same error. Only video record fromthe phone can be display

Can someone help me ?

With wich program can I encode MPEG-4 VSP (Video Simple Profile) or Where can I get the codec.
