I bought on 20 June 2002 20 units of Club Nokia Credits for 4,93 ? in the supermarket Carrefour Hasselt-Kuringen.
I wanted to update my credits and scratched the secret number, but I was very surprised when there was no number.
Now I can not update my credits because I have only the card number but no secret number. How is this possible?
What can I do? The Club Nokia Credits were very well secured.
Who has an answer?
