JavaOne 2004 recap

I've recently joined Nokia (see http://billday.com/2004/05/24/change-of-venue for more on me) and am getting up to speed with the discussion boards.

For starters, I thought I'd post on my thoughts about last week's JavaOne conference, especially as it pertains to wireless/J2ME development. My take is available from:

I'm interested to hear what others who attended the conference thought, too, especially about the Mobility track and the overall presence of wireless and J2ME technologies, products, etc.
