Could you please list URLs of RTSP servers operating on the Internet, which stream any H263 content and can be accessed freely, in order to test video streaming on the 6230?

Don't think you can stream standard video to a phone using java - have to download and then play it.

Maybe try https://symbian.helixcommunity.org/? Or at least realplayer if your phone has it.
