    IrDA is a protocol for establishing infra-red connection and
    transferring data over an infra-red port.
    You can learn how to open and use the IrDA port by examining the
    GlassTerm sample in the SDK help under:
    Epoc32Ex\SerialComms\ServerClientide\GlassTerm
