How do you clear an operator logo

If someone has a logo on his/her phone how can it be cleared? What content should our webservice send to the phone if the user wants to clear the logo?

try to reset the factory settings of your mobile phone.
your operator logo will be cleared and all of the settings of your phone as well.
Try asking your friend to send you a new operator logo.
