Discussion Forum issues

i have been a member of the forum for close to 6 months now and have following comments:-
1)There is almost no support from Nokia except for the fact that they are maintaining the forum.it would be so much better to have nokia experts active on the forum on a 24*7 basis..coz lot of queries go answered due to lack of support.
2)There should be a way where in Nokia could classify the users on a regular basis so that all of us could benifit from it.
3)There should be some motivation for users who post replies to queries on a regular basis.
hope that other users would share their opinions on this to lend it credence..

Here r have my viewpoints .

as far as i know ,
1. Nokia Expert's support is avialable but in Nokia Forum Pro.

3.This is something to which i totally agree......It will certainly be better for the forum ..

one more thing . sometimes same issues are put up again and again . so if we can have a knowledge base kind of thing which can be referred before posting a new query , it will reduce the duplicate effort of many.
