Generation of .cod files

Do we have any tool for generating .cod files or do we have to write the .cod files programaticaaly???

Hi,

There's no tools available for CoD-file creation from Nokia, but it's pretty simple and straight forward. Here's an example:

COD-Price: 1 e
COD-Size: 1426
COD-URL: http://a.b.c/song.mid
COD-Name: Song
COD-Type: audio/midi
COD-Install-Notify: http:// ...
COD-Next-URL: http:// ...
COD-Vendor: Vendor
COD-Description: Description of the item
------------------------------
COD-URL, COD-Install-Notify, COD-Type and COD-Size are mandatory attributes.

You have to set the MIME types to server side also. MIME type for cod is text/x-co-desc and file extension is .cod.

On-The-Phone content preview (.mm) support:
Nokia 3410
