new application for cell phone messaging

I have an idea for a new devise that requires wireless signaling,but I need to know where to get it protyped and manufactured for consumer use. I don't know about the internal structuring of the phone, my interest is in applying wireless communication to my device

Nokia offers only a end user products, that can be utilized with 3rd party applications. Are you sure that your idea can't be done by using Nokia products?
