Freelance Mobile Developer Support

Hi,

I'm sure someone (or NOKIA) can help me on this one.

I'm a new Freelancer, looking to develop Apps for the market (aren't we all), so forgive me if this question has been asked and answered before (remember I am new).

Like everyone I need 3 things:-

1) Computer Hardware
2) Development Software
3) Actual Mobiles (one from each series or just the series I'm developing on) to perform final testing before submission.

I've searched and found Nokia offer free support (here) or paid support for corporates (Forum PRO €3000), I know you can see where I'm going on this.

So NOKIA, where's the middle ground?

I need one phone from each series I develop on for final testing. I don't want to have an account for that phone with a carrier and I need to add phones that have major new features (not minor upgrades). I need a single SIM that can be used in any of the developer phones, that is fixed for development use ONLY for which I would happily pay a reasonable fee, can you help?

This is not new, PC hardware companies (Alienware) offer similar packages to developers, so can you? That's a challenge!
