masking bmp

I'm trying to mask 2 bitmaps using the CWindowGc::BitBltMask
anyone has any experience in this , or knows of similiar functions
for masking bitmaps

this function wont work for me either.

i have the gifs (normal bitmap and the mask) loaded using the CMdaImageFileToBitmapUtility and bitbltmask on a CWindowGc just wont get the job done.

help please!
