Convert 3GP on Mac

I have had problems with the 3gp video, from my Nokia 6280, on my mac.

Now I have found a beta program that solved the problem for me:

What do you think of the video quality? I thought it would be better compared to the quality I saa at a friends pc - he's got the same phone.

just to let you know you can just use quicktime and export the movie as a 3gp in the export menu
