Periodic Image capture with Nokia 6131 phone

Hi All,
I have a nokia 6131 NFC phone with me. I intend to capture a snap periodically every 15 minutes and transfer the captured image to a server via GPRS. How do I do this. Presently the camera supports a single shot timer of 10 seconds. Once the timer completes 10 seconds the snap is taken. Now quite similar to this is what I want. I need to capture the image once every 15 minutes and transfer the image via GPRS. Please help me out.

Hi, did you get a solution. Am trying to stream a continuous series of png images on my j2me device. the source of image streams is from my webcam. Any idea of how to do this??
