Nokia Testing Suite installation

I have registered to Nokia Forum and I'd like to install the Nokia Testing Suite. The problem is that I don't have the Product Serial Number because the Nokia Testing suite Setup fails even if I leave the Forum Nokia username and Product Serial Number text fields empty as it's is said in above help texts. I have LAN Internet access. I choose the No Proxy choice. Then I enter my user name and password and then I press Next. The following message appears:
Failed to send data to the servlet that handles the registration. Send data error.

I have the same problem, can someone from forum nokia fix this problem.
