Using Stdlib in symbian

Can I use stdlib to develop series 60 application?
for example Can I use stdlib and math.lib in series 60?
now I am going to develop encoder/decoder .

There should be plenty of them available, and also solutions for the problems you will encounter on exit when using stdlib.
