Is there a FOTA update client (firmware over-the-air) on Nokia devices? For OMA DM (syncml dm) when we queried for ./AP node, we received a 406 (not supported). Does any Nokia OMA DM client support querying of connection settings?

Hi!

No, there is no technology in place to allow Over the air firmware upgrades. Nokia is investigating this field and this may be one of the self-service options in the future.

OMA DM should support Access Point configurations, what is the device you are using?
