WAP PUSH over IP

We've been successfully doing unconfirmed WAP PUSH over SMS to the Nokia 6310 and 8310 devices using our own PPG for a little while.

Recently we've been trying to do the same but over IP (both circuit switched and GPRS), but we've not had any success at all. The device seems to acknowledge at the WTP layer, but that's all. The user never gets told that a PUSH message has arrived, and nothing appears in the Service Inbox.

Is PUSH over IP supposed to work in these phones? We have v04.10 in our 6310. Sorry I don't have the 8310 to hand to check its version, but we had it reflashed about 2 months ago.

8310 and 6310 phones doesn't support WAP Push over IP.
