Receiving MMS Using Phone And Pass It to Database

Dear All,

I am going to create an application that receive MMS using Mobile Phone (GSM Modem) and pass the content (picture an text) of the MMS to a Database.

Could anyone advise me which library I should use, and which Mobile Phone (or GSM Modem) I should use that support large transaction?
