Hi - look carefully at the example in question #7 from the SmartMessaging FAQ. I *suspect* that what you are trying to do is send this message to number +6596545318, in which case you should have ....0A915669453581... -- the 0A refers to the number of digits in the number, which you left as 0C -- that throws everything off by 1 byte, etc....
