Nokia Multimedia Convertor 2.0

Recently bought a nokia 6230 via o2. Installed the nokia cd for the given programs, purchased appropriate data cable and usb multi card reader for my 1GB memory, however i lack the software 'Multimedia Convertor'.

So i download it from the nokia website, and it wont accept my nokia forum username and any serial number i can see on my nokia 6230 box/cd-rom.....can anyone help, how can i install this software??

On the download page for the nokia multimedia convertor there is a link where you just have to click on if you already have an active login to your nokia forum and it will initiate an Email-message to you sending you the required serial number for this programme so any number from the phone won't work.
After startup of your setup for the nokia multimedia convertor you have to enter your nokia forum username and this very serial number you have received before.
