Filesize limit for video download? 3650 or 7650?

Hi all,

i have a question. We produce videos for a german operator, and we have some problems with the .ram files for the Nokia 3650. The streaming files works fine on it, but the download doesn't work. The file is about 500kb. Is there any limit for downloading a video file?

Does anybody know something about this?

Hi,

The device itself shouldn't limit the file size. However, operators usually limit the filesize they allow to go through their gateway. At the moment it usually is 100 kB.
