I am developing one application for which some content i am putting it in server and when i am downloading it using browser it is giving error message

When i tranferred it to 3660 phone using IR and opened my content is getting opened properly by my application(Recognizer working properly) but the same content when downloaded is not working for me.

What could be the reason.
I am using SDK1.2.
