Using CMdaAudioOutputStream in a EXE

Hello,

Is it possible to use CMdaAudioOutputStream class in a EXE?
It looks to work fine when I use it in an APP but doesn't seems to work in a EXE...
I'm missing something?

The programm hang up when i try to creat the object.
