how to debug the symbian code

i want to know how to do step by step execution
of the c++ program written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0.

i am not able to trace the program

whats the problem?
When you run ctrl+f10 it should run the program in debug mode...
You only need to select the proper emulator (/release/wind/udeb/epoc.exe) in the window that pops up and ask you for exacutable...
