I have a n-gage and I have everything that came with it right infront of me. HELP!

The problem is: I cant find the serial number anywhere on the box nor the phone. I tried entering all these things so I can use the movie formatter thing but it says that everything I enter is wrong. Can somebody please help me out here?

On the site you downloaded the formatter from there's a link below the download button. It says something along the lines of "retrieve serial number." Clicking it has a serial number sent to your email address you entered when you registered.

The phone's serial number is the phone's IMEI code. It is printed in the sticker under the battery (on the phone).

You can also have it shown, if you type *#06# on the standby display (where you'd dial a number).
