update firmwares on 6230

I want upgrade the firmware in my 6230.
actually i have :
version 03.15 apdate to 17-03-04
how I would have to make?
can help me someone?

You would take or send the phone to your nearest Nokia service center where the firmware can be upgraded by the service center to whatever happens to be the latest.

i have 2 phones 6230 & 6260 can i without support center uppgrade my firmwares on this phones?
What i must have to do this?
support center`s in my town can`t help me.

I believe you can flash it yourself, however, you would need hte appropriate hardware and also the software. I know there are places online to download the firmwares yourself, but i am unfamiliar with how to go about doing it.
