I enter my serial number so that it works with nokia multimedia converter 2.0? Whenever I enter it, it says something like the given serial number does not match the username. Where do I make it match the username. I just found out how to find out my serial number and I need to know where I enter it on this site so that it will work. Somebody help me please.

I had this problem also. In the serial number try changing the letter O to a zero or vice versa. This worked for me.
