Cant use Metrowerks with Series 80

I installed Series 80 SDK.But it does not seems to be working with my Metrowerks .When i create a new Project, it gives me 3 options in Series 80 SDK
1.Untitled
2.New_Project
3.helloworldplus

If i select any of the options , it creates 2 sets of build files.One as New_Project_data and one as Myproject_data
Also it automatically names all the files as New_Project or helloworldplus. and not as my project name.
Also i m not able to compile the project and it gives lots of errors .

Then i m not able to delete the Project Folder also .
why.???

Did you create this project via the Import .mmp file option?
