Nokia 6600 Date Api problem

Hello, can any one give me suggetion for getting
local time of the mobile in J2me in 6600, i am getting it
by using simple Calendar Class instance but it is giving
me 30 Minutes less time from the mobile time.

Hi,

We are facing similar problem. In Nokia 6600 Firmware V 5.53.0, when we use Calendar object to get the device time, It displays 30 minutes delayed.
Have you got any solution to this?

Are you in a negative time zone ? 6600 TimeZone class implementation doesn't work in negative time zones.

Also there is a problem with some S60 devices with time zones, which are not full hour increments from GMT (like in India). There is a known issue doc about this in technical Library
