Does Anyone Know Of A Way To Securely Lock A Photo In My 6230. There Appears To Be No Security By Which To Make Photos Private?

Can't be done. You can use a lock code for the whole phone.

The password is for the following purpose:

if you set the passwd, then your phone wont ask for it but if you take out the mmc and insert it in some other handset, the password will be asked. Once you enter it correctly, the new handset will also start remembering this.
